✔ Coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Physical Products & Returns
✔ We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
✔ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
✔ To initiate a return, email frutossophia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
