Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
✔ Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
✔ Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

✔ Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
✔ Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
✔ For international orders, shipping times may vary and can take up to 10-21 business days depending on the destination.


3. Shipping Partners

✔ We use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all domestic and international orders.
✔ In some cases, we may select a different carrier to ensure faster or more secure delivery.


4. International Shipping

✔ We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the location.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.


5. Order Issues & Tracking

✔ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔ If your tracking number shows that your package has not been delivered, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the delivery to be completed.
✔ If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at frutossophia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the tracking update for assistance.


6. Address Errors

✔ Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
✔ We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees due to an incorrect address.
