Refund policy

At SophiaFrutosOfficial, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, coaching, and physical items to support your journey. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Digital Products (E-Books, Courses, Guides, Memberships, Coaching)

All digital product sales are final. Once purchased, digital items cannot be returned or refunded.
✔ If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at frutossophia@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
✔ Coaching calls are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.


Physical Products (Resistance Bands, Yoga Mats, Journals, etc.)

✔ Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email frutossophia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
